Judgment
Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent in pursuance of the order passed by this Tribunal in the present petition, the respondent wants to carry out audit under Regulation 15(2) of the Interconnection Regulations 2017.
Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that because of some personal difficulties, the audit to be intitiated by the respondent could not be started.
Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that let auditor of the respondent may come and audit SMS and CAS of petitioner in first week of June 2022.
Counsel appearing for respondent submitted that on 7.4.2022 the petitioner has sent an email wherein it has been stated that the respondent can start the audit on 15.5.2022.
Having heard the counsels for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct the petitioner that it shall allow the auditor of the respondent to carry out audit of SMS, CAS etc. of the petitioner under Regulation 15(2) of the Interconnection Regulations 2017 on 1.6.2022.
The auditor can enter into the premises of the petitioner between 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM on 1.6.2022. The audit shall be carried out by the respondent in accordance with law.
This matter is, therefore, adjourned to 27.7.2022.
