Judgment
S. Datta Purkayastha, J
Heard Ms. R Purkayastha, learned legal aid counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was appointed on fixed pay on tenure basis against the post of Field Operator, ONGC in the year 2010 and after every four years such tenure appointment was extended without any break but till date he has not been regularized in the service. Another grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being paid the minimum of the regular pay scale of the concerned post of Field Operator as available to other Field Operators appointed in other states.
The last prayer of the petitioner, according to learned counsel is that tenure appointment is permissible to be extended only up to the age of fifty years of the person concerned, which may be made sixty years.
Learned counsel Mr. Purkayastha, submits that the petitioner will try to substantiate his claim and prays for issuing notice upon the respondents.

Petitioner shall take steps for service of notice within seven days.
