This matter has been listed today for further correction of the order dated 11.05.2022 as an inadvertent typographical mistake has crept in the said order.

By the order dated 11.05.2022 the judgment dated 25.03.2020 stood corrected in the following manner:

“In the 5th line of paragraph 12 of the judgment and order dated 25.03.2020 the date “01.04.2009” shall be deleted and substituted by “01.04.1999”. In the 6th line of paragraph 13 of the judgment and order dated 25.03.2022, the date “01.04.2009” shall stand deleted and substituted by “01.04.1999”.”

The date “01.04.2009” as appearing in the last line of the said paragraph shall stand deleted and be substituted by “05.06.2009”.

The Registry is directed to correct the relevant part of the judgment, having regard to the above observation [in bold], by the authority of this order.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.

This order shall form part of the judgment and order dated 25.03.2022.

A copy of this order be uploaded and copies be supplied to the counsel for the parties.
