By the instant contempt petition, petitioner is alleging non-compliance of the order dated 25.07.2023 passed in W.P. No.17009 of 2023, whereby the Court was pleased to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to submit a representation within a period of 10 days and authority was directed to decide the same within further period of 60 days taking note of the Annexure P/2 dated 07.10.2016 but that has not been done. The representations have been filed as Annexure C-2.
In view of aforesaid, instead of initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent/contemner, I am inclined to give one more opportunity to respondent/contemner to comply with the order dated 25.07.2023 passed in W.P. No.17009 of 2023 within a further period of 30 days from the date of submitting certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that if petitioners are compelled to file contempt petition again, the same would be at the risk and cost of the respondent/contemner.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
