Judgment
ON a consumer complaint filed by the petitioner, the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Faridabad granted the following relief while accepting his complaint:- "As a result, the respondent is directed to get the vehicle in question registered with same registering authority within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order failing which to replace the said vehicle with a similar vehicle which is registerable with the concerned registering authority".
AGGRIEVED by the aforesaid order, the petitioner carried the same in appeal to the State Commission, which has dismissed the same by its order dated 29.12.2010 both on ground of limitation and on merits and hence the present revision petition challenging the same. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have also perused the orders of the fora below. We have, however, not come across any infirmity with the concurrent finding of the fora below which would call for our interference while exercising revisional jurisdiction. The revision petition being devoid of any substance is liable for dismissal and the same is dismissed in limine with no order as to costs.
