Judgment
G.Ilangovan, J
For exploring the possibility of settlement, the first accused namely Sam, S/o. Stephen, North Christian Street, Sambavarvadakarai, now residing at P.O.Box, 24477, Q-Tec Electric W.L.L., Building : 77, Zone : 81, Street : 29, New Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar, is suo motu impleaded as third respondent in this case. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in this regard.
2.Even after filing of the above said FIR the defacto complainant went to Qatar and lived along with the first accused, for which, the photographs have been given. There is no big issue between the husband wife.
3.Issue notice to the second and third respondents returnable by 01.08.2023. Private notice is also permitted. In the meantime, the present address of the third respondent be furnished by the petitioner.
4.The trial process before the trial Court shall be kept in abeyance.
5.The personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with on the following condition.
(i)The petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file an undertaking affidavit, by affixing his recent passport size photograph, to the effect that he will appear before the trial Court as and when required and must ensure his proper representation through Advocate.
