Judgment
CP. (IB)-4239(MB)/2018 By our order dated 25.6.2019, we have allowed application filed under Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 for withdrawal of the Company petition No.4239/2018 which was admitted by our order dated 7.6.2019.
This order of 25.6.2019 for withdrawal was passed subject to payment of Rs.1,00,000 as costs which shall be paid in the account of Prime Minister's National Relief Fund.
The applicant has now filed affidavit annexing the receipt towards the payment of costs of Rs.1,00,000/- in the account of Prime Minister's National Relief Fund which was deposited on 26.6.2019.
Therefore, this Petition stands withdrawn, and Corporate Debtor is released from all rigours of the law which were imposed on account of the initiation of CIRP.
