Mr. Sridhar Kumar Paul, Additional Land Acquisition Officer, Purba Burdwan, being so authorised appears on behalf of the State-petitioner.

The letter of authority filed today in that regard be kept on record.

It is submitted that the entire amount directed to be paid by the impugned order dated March 20, 2018 has been secured by the petitioner by holding up

the same in an account with the treasury.

It is further submitted that, by an order dated March 22, 2018, several other revisional applications arising out of the same acquisition proceeding have

been directed to appear together on April 22, 2018. Since is it apparent that such order was passed erroneously by this bench as April 22, 2018 is a

Sunday, the present revision, bearing C.O. No. 783 of 2018 is directed to appear along with such revisional applications, bearing C. O. No. 4263 of

2017, C. O. No. 4264 of 2017, C. O. No. 3552 of 2017, C. O. No. 3550 of 2017, C. O. No. 3809 of 2017 and C. O. No. 699 of 2018, on the next

available working day after April 22, 2018, that is Monday, April 23, 2018, as ‘listed motion’ for being heard analogously with the

aforementioned revisional applications.

In view of the amount in question being already secured, as per the submission of the authorised representative of the petitioner, operation of the

impugned order dated

March 20, 2018 passed by the Land Acquisition Judge (Additional District Judge, First Court), Burdwan in Money Execution Case No. 3 of 2011,

arising out of L. A. Reference Case No. 08/101 of 2010, will remain stayed till April 30, 2018 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The petitioner is directed to inform this order to the decree-holder/opposite party no. 1 at the earliest and to file an affidavit-of-service on the next date

of hearing.
