This present petition has been filed for reviewing of the common judgment and Order dated 11.07.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 324/2024 and WP(C) 348 OF 2024 by this Court.
Heard Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattachryya, learned G.A., appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr. D.C. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattachryya, learned G.A. appearing for the petitioners, submits that while laying down certain guidelines to be followed by the administration in the judgment dated 11.07.2024 passed in the aforesaid writ petitions, certain modifications are required to facilitate proper implementation of the said guidelines. With this limited prayer for modification, the present review petition has been filed.
Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the records, this Court is of the view that no ground has been made out warranting modification of the guidelines contained in the judgment and order dated 11.07.2024. The prayer made in the present review petition does not disclose any error apparent on the face of the record nor does it call for exercise of the review jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, this Court finds no reason to entertain the prayer of the present review petition.
Accordingly, in view of the above, the present review petition stands dismissed. As a sequel, stay if any stands vacated. Pending application(s), if any also stands closed.
