Judgment
The Court has perused the order dated 12th July 2021 of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.8875 of 2021 filed by the State-Petitioners against an order dated 15th February 2021 passed by this Court in W.A. No.154 of 2021.
The present review petition has been filed pursuant to the permission granted by the Supreme Court by the aforementioned order.
Mr. Sahoo, learned Additional Government Advocate states that the review Petition is only limited to the extent of the last sentence of the order whereby a direction was issued that an agreement should be signed on or before 22nd February 2021 with the Appellant. In view of the changed policy, it would not be possible for such an agreement to be signed in respect of the medicine store in question.
Issue notice, confined to the above issue, to the Opposite Party by Speed/Registered Post with A.D. making it returnable before the next date. Requisites be filed within a week. Tracking report be placed on record.
Additionally, learned Additional Government Advocate may serve copies of the present petition on the learned counsel who appeared for the Appellant.
List on 26th November, 2021.
No further proceedings in CONTC No.1254 of 2021 shall take place till further orders.
An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
