W. Diengdoh, J

Prayer for adjournment is made on behalf of the conducting senior counsel for the petitioner, Dr. N. Mozika, who is stated to be indisposed on grounds of personal difficulty.

Similarly, prayer for adjournment is also made on behalf of the conducting counsel for the petitioner, Mr. K.C. Gautam, who is stated to be on sanctioned leave.

Mr. T.T. Diengdoh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 1 has raised strong objection on the prayer made on the ground that the matter has been long pending and that time and again, the matter has been heard in bits and pieces. The Court on several occasions have also urged upon the parties to ensure that this matter is taken up in right earnest, however, perhaps due to unavoidable circumstances, the matter could not be taken up. On this occasion too, since prayer on grounds of personal difficulty has been raised, the Court would accede to the prayer made and accordingly, the adjournment sought for is allowed. It is however again impress upon the parties that the matter should be taken up on the next date fixed.

As prayed for, list this matter after 2(two) weeks.
