Mr. H. Samarjit, learned GA appears for the State appellant.
Mr. RT Rebirthson Anal, learned counsel appears for the respondent.
In the course of hearing, the learned GA for the State appellant pointed out that in the Paper book, in-spite of having inserting the examination-in-chief part, the cross examination part is missing.
The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that he was conducting counsel in the Trial Court for the respondent and during that time, he cross-examined the defence witness.
Cross-examination of the PWs are missing and in the circumstances, it is directed to the Registry to find out about it and further, to inquire from the Trial Court if the cross-examination part is found/ available.
The Registry is directed to annex it in the Paper book before the next date of hearing.
The learned counsel for the respondent filed their written argument.
It is directed to the learned counsel for the respondent to furnish a copy of the written argument to the learned counsel for the State appellant before the next date of hearing.
