Kuriakose, J.—All these appeals preferred by the Government pertain to acquisition of land in Attipra Village for the purpose of Technology Parks at Kazhakuttom pursuant to Section 4(1) notification published on 17-2-2003. We notice our own judgment in LAA. No. 1332 of 2008 series. We are of the view that the issue is covered by that common judgment. For the various reasons mentioned in that common judgment we set aside the judgments and decrees under appeals and remand LAR. Nos. 327/05, 86/06 and 356/06 to the Subordinate Judge''s Court, Thiruvananthapuram. That Court will pass revised judgments after affording opportunity to all parties to adduce whatever further evidence they want to. While taking fresh decision the court will have due regard to the observations of this Court in the above common judgment. Either the Government or the requisitioning authority will place a copy of the above common judgment before the learned Subordinate Judge. The parties will enter appearance before the learned Sub Court on 15-9-2010.
