By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:-

"It is, therefore, prayed that the petition may kindly be admitted for hearing and after calling for record of executing court of Civil Judge, Court No. 3, Hamirpur, and hearing the parties the orders dated 01.10.2020 (Annexure P-III), 12.10.2020 (Annexure P-IV) and 16.10.2020 (Annexure P-V) be quashed and set aside thus, dismissing the execution petition being fully satisfied pursuant to notification dated 13.10.2020 (Annnexure P-II), so as to secure the ends of justice."

Learned Additional Advocate General informs the Court that draft award has been prepared in favour of the respondents herein/land owners and final award shall be announced as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today. His statement is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the respondents fairly submits that in view of the statement so made by learned Additional Advocate General, the respondents have no objection, in case the order passed by the learned Court below, vide which the vehicle of the Collector was attached, is recalled. Ordered accordingly.

This petition is disposed of by ordering the release of the vehicle of the Collector, i.e. HP-22A-0001 (Innova 2.5 GE-3), which stood impounded on account of impugned order passed by learned Civil Judge, Court No. 3, Hamirpur, as now, the directions passed by learned Court below in favour of the land owners are being complied with by the authorities. It is clarified that in case final order is not announced within a period of six weeks from today, then, respondents shall be at liberty to bring said fact into the notice of this Court itself by filing an application in this petition.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
