Bharat Bhushan Parsoon, J.—This order shall dispose of RFA Nos. 3123, 3072 of 1998, 702 of 2000, 1711 to 1715, 2619 to 2621, 2241 of 2000, 1515 to 1521 of 2001, 1736 of 2001 and 3413 to 3419 of 2002 as they pertain to the acquisition of land, made pursuant to the notification issued u/s 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, dated 11.7.1991, in the revenue estate of Hisar for the purpose of construction of a railway over-bridge connecting Delhi-Hisar-Sirsa road. While RFA Nos. 3123 of 1998, 702 of 2000, 2619 to 2621, 2241 of 2000, 1515 to 1521 of 2001, 1736 of 2001 have been filed by the State of Haryana challenging the Award of the Reference Court, the remaining have been brought by the claimants-landowners for enhancement of compensation.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the dispute in the present appeals is squarely covered by the decision dated October 05, 2005 of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1060 of 1999 titled Dr. P.S. Verma V s. State of Haryana and others, whereby the claimants/landowners were held entitled to compensation @ Rs. 2,140/- per sq. yard with other statutory benefits. A copy of the judgment in Dr. P.S. Verma''s case [supra] has been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the State of Haryana has not disputed this fact and has no objection in decision of these R.F.As in the light of this adjudication of 5.10.2005.

In view of the above, RFA Nos. 3123 of 1998, 702 of 2000, 2619 to 2621, 2241 of 2000, 1515 to 1521 of 2001, 1736 of 2001 filed by the State of Haryana are dismissed and the remaining appeals filed by the claimants/landowners, viz. RFA Nos. 3072 of 1998, 1711 to 1715 of 2000 and 3413 to 3419 of 2002 are allowed in terms of decision in Dr. P.S. Verma''s case [supra].
