Challenge in this appeal is made to the judgment and order passed by the Sessions Judge, Mehsana dated 18.02.2020 in Special Case No.16 of 2018. The present respondents No.1 and 2 - Zala Mahavirsinh @ Anubha Chhanubha and Zala Ajaysinh Pravinsinh Dalpatsinh, both residing at Katosan, Taluka Jotana, District : Mehsana were tried for having committed offence punishable under Sections 302,504, 201 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.

Heard Mr.Hardik Soni, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the applicant - State.

It is noted that on the application seeking leave to appeal being Criminal Misc. Application No.1126 of 2021, the respondents are already served but they have chosen not to appear. The said application is separately allowed today.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 23.09.2021.

Over and above normal mode orf service, direct service is permitted. Let the respondents be served by State.
