The present application has been filed by the Advocate-onRecord for the respondent seeking discharge since the counsel for the respondent is not receiving any proper instructions in the present matter.
Having heard learned counsel for the respondent and perusing the materials placed before us, we allow the application seeking discharge.

This appeal has been filed by the respondent-applicant for setting aside order dated 30.08.2018 passed by the Registrar under Order XV Rule 5 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 in Misc.Application.D.No.26002 of 2018 in Criminal Appeal No.775 of 2018.
We have heard learned counsel for the respondent-applicant and perused the record.
In our view, the order passed by the Registrar does not suffer from any legal infirmity. He had rightly ordered for lodging of the application filed by the respondent-applicant because such an application was not maintainable.
The appeal against Registrar's order is accordingly dismissed.
