Credentials of Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover, RP has been checked and verified by Registry through Mr. Abhinav Gupta, OA. As per the said report, no adverse remark has been found against the said Insolvency Professional in the website of ibbi.gov.in. Thus, Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover, is appointed as Resolution Professional and is directed to comply with the provisions of Section 99 of the I&B Code, 2016 and file the report accordingly within two weeks.
In the meantime, issue limited notice of this petition to the respondent-personal guarantor for presence within two weeks, returnable on or before 02.08.2022. If already issued then learned counsel for petitioner is directed to file affidavit to that effect that notice has been served upon respondent-personal guarantor with proof of service before the next date of hearing. List on 02.08.2022.
