The report from the Registry has been received vide which the antecedents/credentials of RP Mr. Anup Sood have been verified and there are no adverse remarks found against the said RP. Keeping in view the report, Mr. Anup Sood is appointed as the RP in this case. He is directed to comply the provisions of Section 99 of I&B Code, 2016 and submit his report before the next date of hearing. In the meantime, Mr. Viren Sibal, learned counsel for respondent-personal guarantor is directed to file his Power of Attorney and response, if any, to the application, before RP within two weeks with a copy in advance to the counsel opposite.
