O R D E R
This application filed by State Bank of India a secured financial creditor and a member of Stakeholders’ Consultation Committee (SCC), under Section 33 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 31A of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016 for the replacement of Mr. Samir Kumar Bhattacharya, the existing Liquidator of Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Ltd. and appoint Daulat Resolution Services Private Limited, having its registered office at 33 Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata – 700017, as the new Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor. Written consent in Form AA and the valid Authorisation for Assignment submitted by the proposed Liquidator is at page no. 47. This IA supported with an affidavit which is at page no. 19 to 21. This Tribunal hereby directed Daulat Resolution Services Private Limited to act as a liquidator. Accordingly, this IA is allowed and disposed of.
