The Petitioner is represented through learned counsel.
The Petitioner filed withdrawal pursuits in view of the admission in CP(IB) 181/2019 filed against the same Corporate Debtor. As such, the instant Petition i.e. CP(IB) No. 558/2019 filed under section 7 become infructuous.
The permission is granted.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 558/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
