ORDER
The present application has been moved under Section 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”) read with Regulation 30 A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for withdrawal of the CIRP initiated against the Corporate Debtor. The Applicant has enclosed Form FA stating that the compromise has been effected between the Financial Creditor and the Corporate Debtor. In view of this, the CIRP is withdrawn. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
