Judgment
The report from the Registry has been received vide which the antecedents/credentials of RP Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover have been verified and there are no adverse remarks found against the said RP. Keeping in view the report, Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover is appointed as the RP under Section 97 of the I&B Code, 2016. He is directed to comply the provisions of Section 99 of I&B Code, 2016 and submit his report before the next date of hearing.
In the meantime, issue limited notice of this petition to the respondent-personal guarantor for presence within two weeks, returnable on or before 22.03.2023. If already issued then learned counsel for petitioner is directed to file affidavit to that effect that notice has been served upon respondent-personal guarantor with proof of service before the next date of hearing.
