Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Personal Guarantor was passed away on 05.03.2017. In view of the same, nothing survives in this matter, therefore, the present Company Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, C.P.(IB)/1168(MB)2021 is dismissed as infructuous.
