Permod Kohli, J.—This revision petition is directed against the order dated 29.03.2007, passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amritsar, closing the evidence of the petitioner/plaintiff. The learned trial Court closed the evidence of the petitioner/ plaintiff after granting various opportunities including the last opportunities.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that one opportunity may be granted to the petitioner/plaintiff to lead its entire evidence. Though, there is no infirmity in the impugned order, however, in the interest of justice, one last opportunity is allowed to the petitioner/plaintiff to produce entire evidence. The trial Court shall fix a date for leading evidence by the petitioner/plaintiff and if the plaintiff fails to produce the entire evidence on the said date, the impugned order shall become operative.

The petitioner/plaintiff is directed to appear before the learned trial Court on 25.05.2007, on which date, the next date for producing entire evidence before the trial Court shall be fixed.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff duly authenticated by the Reader of this Court.
