Learned Counsel for both side are present.
Learned Counsel for Respondent, mentioned that there was likelihood of compromise, for which three dates were taken, but unfortunately, access to Statement of Account of Petitioner Company was not given to Respondent. Though, the initial Petition was for a decree of Rs. 15 lakhs and subsequently, it was reduced to 7 lakhs. Whereas, these Rs. 7 lakhs were also stand paid by Respondent as per its Statement of Account and by way of filing the Statement of Account, by way of an affidavit, there may not be any dispute with regard to same by Petitioner.
Now, the matter had been narrowed down to the aspect of quantum of amount only. Hence, two weeks' time be given for filing affidavit, containing the Statement of Account of relevant period.
Learned Counsel for Petitioner is not having any objection over it. Let it be filed by Respondent, positively within two weeks and if there is any counter or disagreement with above contention, then Petitioner may also make the reply, by way of its Statement of Accounts and affidavit, within two weeks, thereafter.
