Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was also filed in C.C.No.769 of 2022, before the Judicial Magistrate No I Tirunelveli,.in/judis on 17.04.2022. Thereafter, this petition came to be filed along with typed set of papers enclosed some photographs, stating that some persons were engaged by the accused as Cooligans and damaged the properties and committed the offence.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said photographs were not shown to the Investigation Officer, at the time of investigation.
Let a copy of the above said photographs be produced before the second respondent herein, so that, they may undertake further enquiry / investigation as to identify the above said persons, for which, the petitioner shall also co-operate with the second respondent to identify the said persons.
List the matter 24.08.2023. Till then, entire trial process before the trial Court shall be kept in abeyance.
