Judgment
Admit. No notice need be issued because Mr. Kunal Tandon, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent on advance notice.
The impugned notice dated 3.6.2021 shows dues of Rs. 2.01 lakhs approximately against the petitioner till April 2021. On the basis of an email of the
respondent dated 24.2.2021, petitioner has prepared a statement of account to show that there is no arrears payable by the petitioner.
The stand of the respondent, as appears from their email of 6.6.2021 is that they have recalled the mail of 24.2.2021 and therefore, the arrears.Â
Nothing is indicated by way of reasons for recall of the earlier mail of 24.2.2021. It appears that the parties have to reconcile the accounts afresh
taking into account the reasons for recall of the earlier mail which the respondent shall disclose to the petitioner before the reconciliation exercise. It
is expected that the exercise for reconciliation of accounts shall be concluded within two weeks from today. The first virtual meeting for reconciliation
should begin within three days from today.
It is expected that till the next date, the impugned notice of disconnection shall not be given effect to.
Post the matter under the head 'for directions' and for further interim arrangement, if required on 9.7.2021.
