ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent authorities to consider his representation dated 27.02.2019 for grant of quarrying lease for an additional extent of 1 acre 30 guntas.
The State has filed a memo dated 04.03.2024, enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 24.05.2019, whereby the said representation of the petitioner has been rejected.
In view of the above, the relief as sought for, does not survive. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
We, however, clarify that this order will not preclude the petitioner from availing his remedies, in respect to the said endorsement, if he is aggrieved by the same, in accordance with law.
