Judgment
These appeals are preferred challenging the legality and correctness of the order dated October 3, 2016, passed by the Hon''ble Single Judge, in Writ Petition Nos.51927 to 51930 of 2016.
By the impugned order, the Hon''ble Single Judge held that there is no ground to interfere with the order passed by the Transport Appellate Tribunal and hence, dismissed the writ petitions.
We have heard the arguments of the learned advocate appearing for the appellants -petitioners so also the learned additional government advocate appearing for respondent No.1. Perused the grounds urged in the appeal memorandum and also the order of the Hon''ble Single Judge.
The Hon''ble Single Judge observed in his order that petitioner Nos.1 and 3 have not been notified while conducting joint route survey on September 9, 2014, which is clear from the joint survey report at Annexure-B. Even with regard to the decision of the Division Bench relied upon by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the Hon''ble Single Judge held that the said decision has no application to the facts and circumstances of the present case. We do not find any illegality in the order of the Hon''ble Single Judge.
Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed.
We make no order as to costs.
