ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a memo in the Court today, wherein it is stated that the challenge in the present petition was to an order passed in Execution Petition No.6 of 2023. However, on 19.09.2026, the execution petition has been disposed of in the Lok-Adalat. Thus, he submits that the petition has become infructuous.
