Judgment
Huluvadi G. Ramesh, J.—Learned Government Pleader is directed to take notice for respondent 5 and 6. Notice to other respondents is dispensed with.
Petitioners have sought for to issue writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 30.1.10 passed by the 5th respondent at Annexure ''C�.
Heard.
It is the submission of the petitioners'' Counsel that the impleading application filed by the petitioners before the 5th respondent-Deputy Commissioner was allowed as per Annexure ''B'' and thereafter, suo moto, the Deputy Commissioner has recalled the order passed by him at Annexure ''B'' and posted the matter for hearing on the said application of the petitioners by order dated 30.1.10 as per Annexure ''C'', of which the petitioners are aggrieved.
However, it is for the 5th respondent-Deputy Commissioner, to dispose of the impleading application pending before him, after due notice to the contesting respondents.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
Learned Government Pleader to file his memo of appearance within four weeks from today.
