Judgment
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners herein have approached this Court under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, in Crl.P.Nos.17118/2025, 16303/2025, 17137/2025, 16355/2025 and 17115/2025 and in the said petitions, further proceedings in Crime No.366/2025 registered by Kadur Police Station, Chikkamagaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC, has been stayed. He submits that, therefore these petitions may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to renew their bail applications before this Court subject to the outcome of the aforesaid criminal petitions filed by them under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023.
The said submission is placed on record. Petitions are dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
All contentions urged in the petitions are left open.
