Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondent-State in respect of bail sought by the petitioner who along with other accused are involved in Cr. No. C2/12 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 302 and 307 r/w Section 149 of IPC. Having regard to the complaint allegations and this petitioner said to have assaulted one Rangashamaiah and the other accused assaulted the deceased Krishnappa, husband of the complainant, taking these factors into account, this petitioner can be released on bail by imposing conditions to safeguard the prosecution interest.

Hence, I pass the following order:-

Petition is allowed and bail is granted to the petitioner, subject to the following conditions:-

(i) Petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the trial court.

(ii) He shall not tamper or attempt to tamper any of the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) He shall not give threat to the witnesses in any manner.

(iv) He shall not involve himself in the offences of like nature in future.

(v) He shall attend the court on all dates of hearing.

(vi) He shall mark his attendance before he concerned police station on 15th and 30th day of every month at any time between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
