H.G. Ramesh, J.—Heard. This appeal is by the claimant seeking for enhancement of the compensation awarded by the Tribunal. The Tribunal has awarded a compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- along with interest thereon at 6% p.a. to the appellant for the injuries suffered by him in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on 02.07.2010. The case of the appellant is that he had suffered a lacerated injury over his chin and he could not chew the food as he was doing earlier. As could be seen from para 13 of the impugned judgment, the doctor has stated that the appellant had sustained 10% disability. The appellant had produced medical bills amounting to Rs. 3266/-.

3.
