Learned HCGP is directed to take notice for the respondent-State.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent- State.

The respondent-Police registered the FIR in their Crime No.330/2016 against the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 along with two others in respect of offence punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 of IPC.

The allegation is, the victim Kum.H.M.Manasa, aged about 17 years was nagged and teased by the accused persons. Though, they were advised, they did not contain. On 7.10.2016, she was again teased by them ignoring the advice of the mother and grand mother of the victim girl, who were very much present at the place of incident. Being insulted by the conduct of the accused persons, the victim-girl committed suicide by hanging herself on the evening on 7.10.2016 at her residence.

As such, there is no specific allegation against the accused persons and accused No.1 has been granted anticipatory bail by the order of this Court in Crl.P.No.458/2017 dated 11.1.2017.

In the given circumstance, there is no impediment to allow the petition.

Accordingly, petition is allowed. Petitioners are granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.330/2016 registered by the respondent-Police, subject to condition that they shall execute a self bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court.
