ORDER
Counsels for both the parties are present. Counsel for the Operational Creditor submitted that post-dated Cheques have been given, out of which one Cheque has been en-cashed and the settlement has been arrived at between the parties. Therefore, the Petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to revive/restore the Petition in the event of dishonouring the Cheques provided by the Corporate Debtor.
