Huluvadi G. Ramesh, J.—In these petitions, Petitioner being the same, the cases have been registered against him in three Crime Nos. 209/2010 905/2010 & 217/2010 of Adugodi P.S. Bangalore City for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 420 of IPC read with Section 15 of Environmental (Protection) Act, Section 177 of Indian Motor Act 1988 and Section 115(2) of Motor Vehicles Act. The allegation made in the complaint is that this Petitioner had tampered the computer by creating his own software for the purpose of emission test, used to issue false certificates and also collect excess amount without actually checking the actual quantum of emission of the smoke.

As per the submission of the learned Government Pleader, there are more than 8 cases registered against the Petitioner before various police stations and he is cheating the public apart from contributing for pollution of the environment by issuing false certificates.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Sessions Court has already granted bail to the Petitioner in some other case and on parity, the Petitioner is entitled for bail.

The case of the Petitioner be considered in these crime numbers (Crime Nos. 209/2010, 905/2010 & 217/2010 of Adugodi P.S. Bangalore City) to release him on bail in the event of his arrest on his executing a personal bond for Rs. 25,000/- with surety for like sum in each of these cases, subject to the condition that he shall not directly or indirectly tamper the computer by making use of the software developed by him, shall not commit similar offences, shall make himself available for the investigating agency as and when required and he shall move for regular bail within 15 days from the date of his arrest and release.

The criminal petitions are accordingly disposed of.
