Judgment
Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
A. Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the following impugned Tender Notifications issued by the respondent Nos.6,8,10,12,14,16 and 18 to the petitioners concerned only.
1.impugned Tender Notification bearing No.ZHO(East/ VPR /2040 (1-6)/ 2023-24 dated 06.032024 at Annexure-P issued by the 6th respondent.
2.impugned Tender Notification bearing No.ZH(W)/ PR/1611/2023-24 dated 13.03.2024 at Annexure-P1 by the 8th respondent.
3.impugned Tender Notification bearing No. BBMP/HO/ Ten/01/2023-24 dated 11.03.2024 at Annexure-P2 issued by the 10th respondent.
4.Impugned Tender Notification bearing No.BBMP/MZ/HO/PR/212/2023-24 dated 06.03.2024 at Annexure-P3 issued by the 12th respondent.
5.impugned Tender Notification bearing No. ZO/ BHZ/ PR/ 90/ 2023-24 dated 28.02.2024 at Annexure-P4 issued by the 16th respondent.
6.impugned Tender Notification bearing No.RRN / PR / 624 / 2023-24 dated 27.02.2024 at Annexure-P5 issued by the 14th respondent.
7.impugned Tender Notification bearing No.ZHO (S) /PR/ 1406/ 2023-24 dated 28.02.2024 at Annexure-P6 issued by the 18th respondent.
B. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 to 18 to issue fresh tender notifications providing reservation to the petitioners who belongs to SC,ST & OBC in the terms of the Government Orders bearing dated 20.03.2025 at Annexure-A and the circulars dated 10.03.2005 and dated 24.08.2009 at Annexure-B & C under the facts and circumstances of the case.;
C. Issue any other appropriate writ, order or orders or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit to grant by considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The said memo reads as follows:
"The petitioner above named most respectfully submit as follows
The petitioners prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners to withdraw the above writ petition in the interest of justice and equity."
Placing the memo on record, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
