It is informed by Ms. Ankita Baid, Advocate, who was representing H. M Choraria, Liquidator in CP(IB)/226(KB)2018 (SREI EQUIPMENT FINANCE LIMITED vs. CONCAST INFRATECH LIMITED ), that the Liquidator in this matter has expired on 26/04/2021 and a new Liquidator is required to be appointed in his place in the matter.
Since the position of Liquidator cannot be kept vacant, we deem it fit and proper to appoint a new liquidator in this matter.
Therefore, Mr. Amit Choraria, an Insolvency Professional, Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01345/2018-2019/12129, e-mail i.d. [email protected], mobile no. 9830858715 is hereby appointed as Liquidator of Concast Infratech Limited, Corporate Debtor, in terms of section 34(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, subject however, to his possessing a valid Authorisation for Assignment (AFA) issued by the Insolvency Professional Agency (IPA) of which he is a professional member, in terms of regulation 7A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professionals) Regulations, 2019, in place and stead of H.M. Choraria (since deceased). The incoming Liquidator is directed to submit his consent letter and shall file periodical progress report in the matter accordingly.
The Registry is hereby directed to communicate this order to the new incumbent immediately and also to the IBBI, New Delhi for their information.
List this matter on 13/01/2022 for reporting progress.
Certified copy of this order may be issued to all the concerned parties, if applied for, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
