Both sides, submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the them and the Counsel for the OC has also filed MOU dated 27.05.2022 indicating full and final settlement an amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakh rupees). In view of the above, the main application is disposed of as withdrawn.
