Judgment

Heard Mr. Th. Rakesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, who has submitted that the petitioner/accused has been named in an FIR dated 03.03.2026, wherein, is found allegation of use of force and firearms between two groups of people who are involved in a spot inspection of some disputed land.
However, the learned counsel would submit that, although, his name has been reflected in the FIR as one of the accused persons, the fact remains that on the date when the alleged incident had happened, he was not present at the site. Accordingly, it is prayed that this application for grant of anticipatory bail may be allowed.
Mr. H. Abraham, learned GA appears on behalf of the State respondent.
This Court on consideration of the submission made, at this point of time, would like to peruse the case diary, since it was submitted that the investigation is still ongoing, and charge sheet has not yet been filed.
Be that as it may, the State respondent is directed to produce the case diary on the next date fixed.
List this matter on 24.03.2026.
In the meantime, as prayed for, interim bail is granted to the petitioner/accused, provided he cooperate with the investigation as and when required, and that he shall not abscond or tamper with the witnesses and evidence.
Order accordingly.
