Judgment
It is submitted by Shri S.Akhtar that order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4618/2009 (PIL) dated 29.6.2009 has been complied with by the respondent so the proceedings may be closed. By order dated 29.6.2009, a Division Bench of this Court directed thus:-
We therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to Director General, Ministry of Labour Welfare, Shram Kalyan Sangthan, New Delhi, respondent No. 2, to look into the complaint made by the petitioner, in respect of irregularities in purchase of medicines and take necessary decision, in accordance with law.
A compliance report has been filed alongwith which a copy of order dated 18.4.2011 has been filed showing that after enquiry, complaint made by petitioner was found baseless and without merit. As order has been complied with by the respondent, no further action is required in the matter. Proceedings are closed. Petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the order dated 18.4.2011, if advised so. No order as to costs.
