M.A No. 410 of 2022
This M.A has been preferred by the original petitioner for change of the name of the petitioner. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that instead of earlier name of the petitioner, now the new name of the petitioner is “Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited” and, therefore, this name may be permitted to be changed.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner and looking to the Annexure A to the memo of this M.A, the name of the original Petitioner has now been changed as “Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited”.
This M.A is, therefore, allowed and amended memo of the parties (Annexure-B to the memo of this M.A) is taken on record.
As nobody appears on behalf of the respondent despite the service of the notice issued upon the respondent, notice through Police station to the respondent. Returnable on 4.5.2023. M.A. No. 410 of 2022 is disposed of.
This petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs.5,49,472/- from the respondent(s). Counsel appearing for the petitioner has argued out the case at length.
It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that notice has already been issued by this Tribunal upon respondent(s). The same has been served upon respondent(s), but, nobody has appeared for the respondent(s).
Counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that as nobody appears for the respondent(s), let fresh notice be issued upon the respondent(s) through the jurisdictional Police Station(s) where they are residing.
