Heard learned counsel for the parties.

According to the petitioner, she is engaged as casual employee as sweeper in Community Health Center, Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

Grievance of the petitioner is that benefit of Principle of Equal Pay for Equal Work is not being extended to her. Petitioner submits that she had made a representation, which is on record as Annexure-4 to the writ petition. She confines her prayer and submits that the Competent Authority be directed to take decision thereupon.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents assures the Court that if no decision has been taken on petitioner’s representation, then decision thereupon shall be taken, expeditiously.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by directing Chief Medical Officer, Udham Singh Nagar to take decision on petitioner’s representation (Annexure-4 to the writ petition), as early as possible, but not later than six weeks from date of production of certified copy of this order along with copy of representation.
