Judgment

The prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.274 dated 24.07.2022 under Sections 20, 61, 85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Bawani Khera, Bhiwani, Haryana.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery from the co-accused who is son of petitioner is of non-commercial quantity of 'ganja'. The petitioner vide order dated 19.09.2022, was granted the interim protection and he has already joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Laljeet, 604/BWN, submits that in compliance of order dated 19.09.2022, the petitioner has already joined the investigation and he is not required for any custodial interrogation.
In view of version of the prosecution that the petitioner has already joined the investigation, the interim order dated 19.09.2022, granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made ABSOLUTE. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. in letter and spirit.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
