This is a correction application seeking correction in Para 78 of our judgement  dated  21.03.2024,  wherein  06th  line  date  ‘31.03.2024’  has been mentioned, though it should have been ‘31.07.2024’ and in 09th line,  at  the  end  of  paragraph  date  ‘31.07.2024’  has  been  mentioned though it ought to be ‘31.03.2024’.

Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that in short affidavit filed on behalf of respondent 4 on 31.01.2024, it was categorically stated that work at Chennai airport shall be completed by 31.03.2024, and at Kolkata by 31.07.2024, but it has been mentioned in reversed manner in “para 78” of the judgement.

We have gone through the record and find that there is a clear typographical error. Application is accordingly allowed. In Para 78 of judgement dated 21.03.2024, in 06th line instead of ‘31.03.2024’, it shall be read as ‘31.07.2024’ and at end of the paragraph instead of ‘31.07.2024’, it shall be read as ‘31.03.2024’.

We have made correction in original order pursuant to this order passed on correction application and registry may make necessary correction in copy of the order, if already issued and presented for correction.
