This review petition is filed by one of the legal heirs of deceased Bhavani. The case of the review petitioner is that this Court directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioners in the writ petition and pass final orders and the authorities are not hearing the grievance of the review petitioner. It is the case of the review petitioner that he is also one of the legal heirs of the deceased Bhavani and the petitioner suppressed the same.
Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. I also heard the learned Government Pleader.
After going through the memorandum of review petition, I think there is nothing to review in the judgment. If the review petitioner is one of the legal heirs of the deceased Bhavani, he can very well approach the authority concerned and submit his case before the authority. The learned counsel for the review petitioner submitted that Annexure VI is already pending before the 7th respondent. The authority concerned will consider Annexure VI also while passing final orders as directed in the judgment dated 22.07.2021 in W.P.(C) No.19362 of 2020.
With these clarification, this review petition is closed.
