Judgment
These are appeals against the order dated March 2, 2016, passed by the Hon''ble Single Judge, rejecting the application for recalling of an order and for restoration of the writ petitions.
By the order dated October 19, 2016, on the prayer of Mr.H.C.Shivaramu, learned advocate appearing for the appellant and at the risk of the appellant, service of notice of the appeals to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 was dispensed with.
In spite of service, none appears for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
After hearing Mr.H.C.Shivaramu, learned advocate appearing in support of the appeals and considering the averments stated in the application for recalling, filed before the Hon''ble Single Judge, we are satisfied that the learned advocate for the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from complying with the directions for removal of the office objections within the time stipulated in the order dated March 31, 2015.
We, therefore, set aside the order impugned and restore the Writ Petition Nos.54439 to 54443 of 2014 to their original files and numbers.
The writ appeals are, thus, allowed.
The appellant is directed to remove the office objections by two weeks, peremptorily.
In default, the writ petitions would stand dismissed without further reference of the Bench.
We make no order as to costs.
