This is an application for impleadment of Smti Christina Ch. Marak as a party respondent.

Ms. S.R. Marak, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that the impleadment is necessary in view of the fact that the person is alleged to be the first wife of the deceased employee.

The same is not objected by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, Smti Christina Ch. Marak, R/o Tewaligre Village, P.O. Ampati, South West Garo Hills District, Meghalaya shall stand impleaded as the respondent No. 5, in the main writ petition. Registry to make necessary corrections in the Cause Title.
